MAF Associates specialise in the assessment of the external walls of high rise buildings and hold professional indemnity to carry out the assessments as well as signing off EWS1 forms. MAF Associates directly employ all Chartered Engineers, Façade Engineers, Assessors and Inspectors.
The Managing Director and founder of Michael A Fox has more than 30 years experience working within construction and fire industries and is a member of the Institute Clerk of Works, Construction Inspectorate, Institute Fire Safety Managers, Institute Fire Prevention Officers and International Institute of Risk Safety Managers. Michael is listed on the Fire Sector Federation National Fire Risk Assessor Listing and is a IFSM NAFRAR Tier 3 Risk Assessor, which allows for MAF Associates to carry our fire risk assessments on multi occupancy buildings.
