The Industry Task and Finish Group (ITFG), after engagment with the Industry Competence Committee (ICC) of the Building Safety Regulator, has produced a high level organisations expectation guide on how to approach and introduce processes that meet the ICC principles for organisational competence.
The guide is now available for public consultation and comment by the 10 November 2025

Following the consultation period and technical review and verification the guidance will be published as an open-source document.
