Housing Minister Lee Rowley and Director of Building Safety Philip White have recently advised Registered Building Managers about challenges around the creation of Safety Case Reports.
Concerns are expressed about the costs associated and the need for service charges to be reasonable and proportional with the focus on issues related to the spread of fire and structural safety.
